Creating a tribute
What is a Tribute Booklet?
A personalized booklet that brings together verified photos, memories, stories, and words of appreciation for one recipient.
Do I design it myself?
No. You choose a starting direction and provide source material through guided intake. The production team shapes and reviews the booklet before proof release.
Can I change my package?
You can change an eligible package before payment. The system recalculates the included copies, pages, contributor allowance, revisions, and fulfillment type.
Can the booklet be longer than 12 pages?
Standard packages begin with their listed page allowance. Additional designed pages may be added when available, and custom Legacy projects can support longer formats.
What if I do not know what to write?
Guided prompts help you share traits, stories, favorite moments, sayings, relationships, and the message you want the recipient to feel.
Photos and contributors
Can other people contribute?
Yes. A customer can issue a private, scoped contributor invitation for a specific project.
Can contributors see my whole project?
No. Contributor access is limited to the permitted contribution workflow and does not provide customer-workspace access.
How are photos handled?
Original uploads remain associated with the TributeBooklets project. Cropping, scaling, positioning, and framing may be used for production without changing who appears in a photograph.
Do missing photos block the story process?
Not necessarily. The team can recommend photo needs and continue structuring verified text, but adequate photos improve the final design.
May I upload any image?
You should upload only material you own or have permission to use. The content-rights page explains the project-specific permission model.
Proofs and revisions
Will I approve the booklet before production?
Yes. You review a private proof and approve one exact, immutable proof version.
Can an approved proof change silently?
No. Later production changes require a new export and proof version; the already approved artifact remains unchanged.
How do revision requests work?
Requests are attached to the project, proof version, and page number. Your package states the included correction rounds.
What if TributeBooklets made an error?
A correction for an error introduced by TributeBooklets does not consume a customer revision allowance.
Can I make changes after approval?
A post-approval change requires formally reopening production, creating a new proof, and obtaining approval again when appropriate.
Pricing, orders, and delivery
Is shipping included?
No. Shipping is calculated separately for physical orders and displayed before final order submission.
Do digital orders pay shipping?
No shipping charge is collected for a digital-only order.
Are rush production and fast shipping the same?
No. Rush service changes production timing only. Expedited shipping, when available, is a separate charge.
Can I order additional copies?
Yes. Printed projects support quantity-tier pricing. Included copies remain distinct from paid additional copies.
Can I reorder an older booklet?
Eligible reorders must reference the exact approved proof version, never a draft or superseded proof.
Privacy, rights, and account help
Are my stories and photos private?
Projects are private by default and separated by customer identity. Public use requires separate, specific permission.
Who owns my content?
You retain ownership. You provide a limited service license so TributeBooklets can create, proof, produce, deliver, and support your project.
Will my booklet appear in marketing?
Not unless you separately approve the specific wording, photograph, or booklet page for public use.
Does TributeBooklets store full card numbers?
The service is designed to retain payment-provider references rather than raw payment-card data.
Where can I read the service standards?
The policy center explains privacy, rights, revisions, refunds, and the current service-terms overview in plain language.
Do I need ChatGPT to sign in?
No. Customers can use Google or a TributeBooklets email-and-password account. ChatGPT is not required for customer access.
What if I cannot access my account?
Use the password-recovery path from customer sign-in. Project-specific support should remain connected to the authenticated account whenever possible.
How do I request help with deletion or accessibility?
Open Support and choose the privacy or accessibility path. Never send passwords, authentication codes, or full payment-card details.
