Uploading material does not transfer ownership to TributeBooklets.com. Customers retain their rights in the stories, photographs, messages, and other content they provide.
Limited service permission
You grant a limited permission to organize, edit, design, proof, print, deliver, and support the project you requested. That permission does not become a general promotional license.
Your responsibility
Only upload material you own or have permission to use. If someone else appears in or created a photograph, confirm you have the appropriate permission for the intended booklet use.
Contributors
Contributor permission is scoped to the named tribute project. A contributor submission does not grant access to the customer workspace or permit unrelated reuse.
Public use
Public testimonials, images, or booklet pages require separate, specific approval. Consent to receive the service is not consent to marketing.
