About this page

This is a plain-language description of current service practices. Your accepted order summary and checkout terms govern a specific purchase. It is not presented as legal advice or as an attorney-approved legal notice.

Information used to provide the service

We use account, recipient, project, intake, photo, contributor, proof, order, and support information to create and deliver the requested tribute.

  • Collect only what is needed for the service
  • Keep customer and contributor access scoped
  • Keep private customer content out of public analytics and telemetry

Private project material

Stories, photographs, proof comments, and contributor material remain connected to the authorized project. Customer content does not become public after project completion.

Marketing permission

Optional marketing permission is separate from service permission and is not preselected. A private testimonial, photograph, or booklet page is not publicly reused without asset-specific approval.

Payments and security

The service is designed to store payment-provider references rather than raw card data. Access decisions are enforced on the server, not only by hidden buttons.

Questions and control

Use the signed-in project and support paths for account-specific requests so actions remain connected to the authoritative record.

Questions about your project?

For private or project-specific help, sign in and keep the request connected to the correct project, proof, or order.
