This is a plain-language description of current service practices. Your accepted order summary and checkout terms govern a specific purchase. It is not presented as legal advice or as an attorney-approved legal notice.
Accounts and projects
Customers are responsible for maintaining their account access and for ensuring that project information is accurate. Projects and private assets are separated by customer identity.
Orders and pricing
Before submission, the final order should itemize package, quantity, add-ons, discounts, tax, shipping, and other charges. A pricing snapshot preserves the accepted commercial terms for that order.
Customer content
Customers provide or authorize the content used in the project. TributeBooklets organizes, writes, designs, proofs, produces, and supports the requested work under a limited service permission.
Proof approval
Customer approval identifies one exact immutable proof. Production must reference that approved artifact, not an editable draft or superseded proof.
Fulfillment and support
Shipping timing and production timing are separate. Questions about a specific order should use the signed-in project record so the response can be based on authoritative order, proof, release, and shipment states.
Final checkout terms
Before accepting payment, the service will present the terms and disclosures applicable to that order. This overview does not add jurisdiction, arbitration, warranty, or liability language that has not been formally approved.
